Wow, I finally got my working visa and I can say "I m lucky" coz, when I got my visa that time I just in the waiting list for a elementary school teacher. And within 2days, the company call me to work.... but is not elementary school. It's junior high school.... I was worrying am I able to do it.... coz my English is not good enough to do junior high school. However, the Lord cover me weakness!
我終於開始工作了, 對我來說這真的是祝福! 因為當我拿到工作簽證時,我還是小學老師的候補名單. 之後不夠2天, 公司通知我去工作,不是到小學而是中學! 我自問我英文這麼不好如何教中學生, 但天父幫助我的不足!
9th September, was my 1st week to work in school. It was good start, I learn a lot from all the teachers and students..... in my first week I try to get into the students group. That was my 1st challenge, because normally people come to know me more then I go to approach them. （＝。＝）
在9月9日的那星期, 我開始在中學工作! 從這學校中, 我在各老師同學生中學到了不少東西. 我開始了第一個挑戰, 就是跟學生建立友好關係! 平常, 我是不會自動自覺去認識別人, 而是他們來認識我(有點自大, 不是的...只是我比較被動而已) 不過也好...遠離安全地帶(comfort zone) 是我要來日本學習的目的
Now, my 4th week work in Tomioka junior high school. I m getting use to work in Japan. For the pass 3 weeks, I've been doing self-introduction over and over. Every class have different reaction on the same presentation. I had open a time for the student to ask me question (in any question that they want to know) It was hard.... ’coz student never ever put up their hand and ask question....
but I want their question....so we can start a communication. I make them to wrote a question for me... this is the rank of question the students asked.
現在, 要進入我第4個星期的工作, 我開始習慣在日本!因為學校太大了, 過去3星期, 我只做了自我介紹...不過同一個方式介紹, 每班的反應都不一樣...他們不會自發舉手問問題, 但我要他們寫下問題給我, 以下是他們最多學生問的問題
1. Do you like Japan
2. What Japanese food you like?
3. Do you like Takoyaki?
4. How old are you?
5. Do you play games(all kind of games)?
6. Do you have boyfriend
7. What music do you like?
8. Why you come to Japan?
9. What animal do you like?
10.What colour do you like?
......etc
In my 2nd week in school, I try to go to their classroom to have lunch with them. I had great time to have lunch with them and play broad game with them! this is the time I can make a long conversation with them.
在第二個星期, 我開始潛入他們我午飯時間,跟他們吃飯和玩遊戲, 這樣我可以跟他們多認識一點.....
27th September, we had a great time for sport day. 9月27日運動會.... 我想是我有生以來我最享受的運動會....跟兒時的我 在學校運動會比, 他們的有趣多了...
It's my first time to experience a Japanese life culture. I love it. I am able to see their team work, senior and junior's caring system, know their way of thinking. And now I understand why once of the Japanese company leader(during interview) ask me to go to work as English teacher rather then a normal company. 'Coz I really able to experience the Japanese culture from school life.
不同的課外活動!
這是我想體驗的日本生活文化, 我不是只在書中知道他們的團結精神, 而是看到他們的團結, 不是在書中知道他們的前輩,後輩的照顧...而是親身看到他們的看顧習慣...我終於明白那天面試某日本公司的老闆...他要我去做一下英文老師體驗一下日本文化才到他公司工作....這些珍貴經驗是我想要的!
我跟老師們一起去運動會慶功宴, 這時我有多點時間認識一下各老師.....日本火鍋SHABU SHABU....高級料理....平時不會去的地方...我好享受這晚餐....
